Our fees are set by the management committee on an annual basis.
Increases in fees will be advised in writing at least 2 weeks prior to increasing being effective.
Normal fees will apply for absences of permanent bookings
Fees are payable by:
Direct Debit (including credit card)
All account information will be emailed/sent to you at your request.
Penalty Fees
Late Pick Up:
Penalty fees will be charged at $1.00 per minute after closing time.
Failure to Notify:
Parents must notify the centre if their child/ren will not be attending After School Care prior to the commencement of the session. Failure to do so will result in a $10.00 non notification fee.
Child Care Benefit
The Commonwealth Government offers assistance to reduce the cost of care for families.
All families are eligible for fee relief.
Please contact the Family Assistance Office in Centrelink on 136 150 so that your eligibility to receive Child Care Benefit can be assessed.
When you contact Centrelink, you will be required to quote the Centre’s Customer Reference Number. You will find this on the front page of the enrolment form.
We require a letter stating your percentage before we can give you a reduction in fees.

Booking Information
Any alterations to bookings including reducing days, increasing days or swapping days –7 days in writing.
Notifying that you will be going on a holiday or your child will be attending a camp- 7 days in writing.
Cancelling your booking-14 days in writing.
Casual bookings to be made at least one (1) session in advance.
The above time frames assist us in ensuring that our attendance records can be altered and to ensure that you are not charged un-necessarily.
